Can I pause or temporarily stop my automatic shipments?
Yes. There is a fee of just 1 penny per month to pause or freeze your automatic shipments. Just call us at 1-800-270-4010 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time or email us at service@omegavia.com and we’ll take care of it for you. This option is not available for PayPal orders.
Can I cancel AutoShip anytime?
Yes, with no questions asked. Just call us at 1-800-270-4010 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time or email us at service@omegavia.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
Can I pay for AutoShip with a check, cash or money order?
No. We must have a credit card or debit card on file for processing AutoShip.
Do I have to renew my AutoShip program every year?
No. Your AutoShip will continue until you cancel or your credit card account is closed or your card number changes. If your credit card number changes, you will need to sign up again with the new number.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
